On Tuesday in San Francisco, Mark Zuckerberg made a rare appearance at a tech conference to discuss the state of his company and how to get that stock price back up. CNET's Kara Tsuboi reports.

He was talking to a crowd of techies and start -- people but I think he was talking a Wall Street. You know I think really he -- Wall Street wants -- -- and he said we're misunderstood. He said mobile is a huge opportunity. Whether Wall -- believes that FaceBook and capitalize on that opportunity is yet to be seen. Some techies here however are already giving Zuckerberg and his company a thumbs up. I -- -- believe their long term reasons so I'm not ready or by the company as -- shareholders that -- to see everything that's. Yet dip -- value like that but it as far as what the companies doing inlet where they're going outside face and it's going to be great. Even though Zuckerberg talked a lot about the future of mobile one idea he vehemently next -- a FaceBook phone he says -- that wrong strategy for the company.
