WinZip is still the compression software that we've all come to know and love. The version 17 is an evolution of the familiar archiver and comes with this little view features in addition of functions for sharing and working in the cloud. Right at the back, you'll notice a sleeker, simplified ribbon interface that maintains a familiar field to other Windows applications. At the core, WinZip is still primarily an archiving tool. But now you can tweak and move different parts to switch your all needs, making this one of the more versatile compression tools out there. The New UI lets you access all your operations in addition to some new tools. You can have files directly from within the interface or manually drag and drop them into the window yourself. After compressing your files, WinZip brings up a handy visual to give you an idea of how much storage you saved. WinZip wants to enable users to be able to manage their documents easily and securely off from their interface. Now, you can directly convert documents into PDFs add encryption and even embed custom watermarks for all your confidential files. For those of you who work with multiple large photos, Winzip can also automatically resize images to standard dimensions for easy submission through e-mail, Dropbox, Google Drive or other sharing services. You can also check how much space you have left in Dropbox and Google Drive all from [unk] Winzip. Once you've wrapped everything up, click on save zip to finish creating your archive.
