>> Plenty of you people have your own blogs, so why not have your blog entries post directly to your Twitter updates as well? I'm Brian Tong with CNET.com, and we'll show you how to do it with a free service called Twitter Feed. So let's go to Twitter Feed.com and log in using your open ID. Now, if you're not familiar with it, open ID is a standard for a single sign-on that works between multiple websites. I'm pretty sure you'll have a login for one of the many options Twitter Feed gives you. My blogger account is one of them, so I'll use that. Now, once you're logged in, click on go to my Twitter Feeds and then create new feed. This is where we'll set up the actual RSS feed from our own blog to update our own Twitter status. The site will ask you for your Twitter log in that you can verify, and the RSS link to your blog. Now, I'm in a separate web-browsing tab, and I'm visiting my personal blog. And I'm going to click on the RSS icon in the address bar. That's gonna reveal the RSS link. So you'll want to copy and paste this link into the RSS feed URL box on the Twitter Feed website. You can choose how often it checks for new blog postings and other settings, but once you're done, click create. Now, you guys want to give it some time to work because it took me about 45 minutes before it started automatically updating. But from now on, whenever you update your blog, those updates go straight to your Twitter updates as well. So now people will know what you're doing, eating, sleeping, and blogging. I'm Brian Tong for CNET.com. And now you know how to get your blog to talk to your Twitter. Use it wisely. ^M00:01:32 [ Music ]
