Toshiba Satellite P775-S7320 Video Transcript

-Hey there, I'm Josh Goldman, senior editor with CNET, and this is the Toshiba Satellite P775-S7320. As you maybe already noticed, this is a big laptop with a 17.3-inch LCD and a full size keyboard, but what you can't see is that despite its size, it's still relatively lightweight at just over 6 pounds. It makes it a little more travel friendly than your average big screen laptop plus it has built in 4G WiMAX mobile broad band support for staying connected when you don't have Wi-Fi. On the other hand, part of the reason and is lighter is its plastic body, which unfortunately makes it feel somewhat cheap and flimsy. It's also got this weird full metal grain outside and inside. So, if you're sticking for design, you will probably wanna check this out in person before you buy it. Otherwise, this Toshiba is decent mainstream desktop replacement. You get a nice assortment of ports including a headphone jack that allows you to use its speakers for an external source like an MP3 player. We also get a USB port that will charge the device even while it's sleeping or off. You will also get a Blu-ray player and Intel wireless display support that let you wirelessly connect to an HD TV with an optional adaptor. You won't wanna stray too far from an outlet because its battery life is a bit short, but that's typical of desktop replacements, and as for performance, it's quad-core Core i7 processor and 6 gigs of memory, give it very good multitasking performance, but in other areas such as photo and video editing, it's not as strong, though if you're just doing average computing task, it's good enough. I'm Josh Goldman and that's a look at the Toshiba Satellite P775-S7320.
