>> Hey everyone, welcome to Tekzilla Daily, I'm Veronica Belmont. In Windows Vista the default user account is the administrator. But did you know there's an even higher up administrator account turned off by default. Here's how to access it. Open the start menu and type CMD. When command prompt pops up, right click it and select Run as Administrator. Type net user administrator space slash active colon yes, Hit Enter and it should reply with the command completed successfully. Next time you restart your computer, you'll see the administrator as an option in the welcome screen and by using it you'll get special privileges, such as not being subjected to the user account control pop up screens that annoy your average Vista user. And if you decide you wanna hide that account again, just open the command prompt once more and type net user administrator space slash active colon no and hit Enter. So, if you ever wished for that extra level of authority over your Vista machine your wish has been granted. Now if you have a tip or trick that you wanna share then email us at tekzilla@revision3.com. And don't forget Tekzilla.com, it's "the place" to find more tips, tricks products reviews and how-tos. ^M00:01:13
