>> Welcome to Tekzilla Daily, I'm Veronica Belmont. Let's face it Firefox, it's a bit of a memory hog. And there's frankly little that we can do about it. Thankfully, I have a tip that will help with that issue and Firefox is minimized. Open the about colon config page, right click, select new then Boolean. Type config.trim_on_minimize and click okay, then double click to change it to True and restart Firefox. Now, whenever Firefox is minimized Firefox will free up RAM loading Windows reallocated to other apps that can use it. This will have a minimal effect if you've already got RAM to spare, but if you're desperate for all you can get give this tip a try.
