>> Hey everyone, welcome to Tekzilla Daily, I'm Veronica Belmont. Too often you don't realize that your PC is vulnerable until it's too late. It will be so nice if you could run some sort of check up on your machine to highlight weak points and nib them in the bud. Well, Microsoft agrees, so they created a system help report for Vista. Open the Control Panel and choose System and Maintenance. Click performance information and tools then Advanced Tools. Generate a System Health Report does just that and in a minute or two you'll have loads of useful information in one spot. It will warn you if your virus scanner is off and give you all sorts of stuff in details about how your machine is running. And if you're doing something sneaky like turning off the User Account control -- yeah, it sees that too. So next time you're wondering why your system seems a little slow, or you just wanna make sure that all the parts are running smoothly, you know where to go. Got a tip for us to pass along to the rest of the Tekzilla crew, e-mail us at tekzilla@revision3.com. And as always, tekzilla.com, it's the 'The Place" to find more tips, tricks, product reviews and how-tos. ^M00:01:04
