Sync your Gmail accounts Video Transcript

-Do you have more than one Google ID and find it hard to manage all of them? A lot of people do for one reason or another. You may not know that you can manage multiple GMail addresses in your browser without constantly logging in and logging out. I'm Natali Morris with CNET and I'm gonna show you how. Go to google.com/accounts. Find the option that says multiple sign in and click edit. You wanna make sure that the box labeled on is turned on. Google will ask you to verify a few rules and restrictions such as the fact that you cannot use offline mail or calendar if you are using multiple accounts. Keep this in mind if you go offline and use this functionality a lot. Once you check these boxes, click save. Now, find your e-mail address in the upper right hand corner of the screen and click on the pull down menu. Click sign in to another account. You'll be asked to enter your name and password and click sign in, and now you have linked your 2 or more GMail accounts. With the free Google account, you're only allowed to link 3 accounts, but when you do this, you'll be able to access several Google products under those accounts. These include GMail, calendar, reader, Google Voice, Google Docs, and more. Switching back and forth is as easy as using that pull down menu on the top right-hand corner of your Google product. I personally find this to be very handy and I hope you do to. For cnet.com, I'm Natali Morris, see you next time.
