Let's say you've got your Outlook calendar for work, your Google Calendar for home, a smartphone that syncs with Exchange, and a big confusing calendar-y mess on your hands. You can download this helpful little application at Download.com, and once you've installed it, you just enter your Google log-in credentials and choose whether you want 2-way sync, just GCal to Outlook, or just Outlook to GCal.
