>> Hey, what's up, everybody? I'm Jeff Bakalar for CNET.com. Today we've got the SoundBlaster wireless system for iTunes end receiver. Now, this is actually two separate products from Creative, but they logically sold them together here in one convenient package, and that's what we're gonna be reviewing for you today. Now, the device successfully streams any and all audio from your PC or a Mac to the included receiver with which you can then hook in additional speakers or an AV receiver. Now, it's easy enough to set up. You just plug in the included USB dongle into your computer, and it takes over as the computer sound card. Unfortunately, the USB dongle has a very flimsy antennae, but we like the fact that there's a breakout headphone and microphone jack onboard on the actual USB dongle itself. The included remote is also cool, but unfortunately most of the options only work with a more advance wireless receiver, not the one you get in with this bundle. In fact, if you're using a Mac, you'll only be able to control the volume and mute it with the remote. PC users are in a little better shape. They'll be able to play, pause, and skip tracks in iTunes, but we were really upset to see how limited the functionality on the Mac side of things was. Overall, sound quality is actually very good. You just will definitely get interference with other devices that operate on the 2.4 Gigahertz frequency. Definitely recommend switching around the channels so that you're not affected by that interference. I'm Jeff Bakalar, and this has been the SoundBlaster wireless system for iTunes and receiver. ^M00:01:50 [ Music ]

Download.com guide to Spyware Blaster
SpywareBlaster doesn't scan for and clean spyware - it prevents it from being installed in the first place. SpywareBlaster prevents the installation of ActiveX-based spyware, adware, dialers, browser hijackers, and other potentially unwanted programs. It can also block spyware/tracking cookies in IE and Mozilla/Firefox, and restrict the actions of spyware/ad/tracking sites. With the built-in Check for Updates feature, you can help ensure your protection is up-to-date. SpywareBlaster also includes a System Snapshot feature, which lets you take a snapshot of your computer in its clean state and later revert, undoing many changes made by spyware and browser hijackers.
