The Sony PlayStation Vita looks nice with its 5-inch screen and it feels good with this advance controls and mimicking gaming console. But is anyone going to buy it? Time is the real commodity that everyone's trading in. If I've got 15 minutes, I'm might just gonna pull my son out and play a game or am I gonna reach into my bag pack and grab my PlayStation V 'cause it won't stay in your pocket. That's the inherent problem with the Vita, its size and singular function. If you need it for anything else, it is really just a game's device. Well, a lot of people are coming back to it. But why? My phone does it. And then there's the cost. The base model is $249 plus a $100 memory stick plus $40 games. At a time where we're all playing Jet (Patrick Horizon?) on (the other?) sense or a bunch of games for free or you know, we bulk at playing $699 for downloadable game on our iPhone. Suddenly, a $40 hand-held game seems a bit like yeah. Recently, Games Buck conducted a survey with 2,500 gamers worldwide and asked them if they would buy the Vida. Only 12% said yes. People in downtown San Francisco seem to agree. Via the iPhone so I'm just wondering why do I need a PSP 'cause I have an iPhone, iPad, 2 laptops and pretty well gear it up.
