>> Tom Merritt: Hi. I'm Tom Merritt from CNET.com with the first look at the Sling Player Mobile for iPhone. As this is a new announcement from Sling Box at MacWorld, and it's bringing their Sling Player Mobile app that's already been available for such devices as the Blackberry or Windows Mobile to the iPhone with a few little tweaks and differences for the bigger screen and the ability to do a touch screen. So you can see that it's playing a channel right now. So I can actually just swipe it to move through my favorites, and I can go up and down to move through the channels on my television at home. There's also a toolbar down at the bottom which includes your options, your ability to disconnect, connect to different devices, go through your channels, and you can even manage your favorites, which this will be the first Sling Player Mobile to allow you to add and remove favorite channels right from the mobile interface. Your remote options will be available here just like they would be on a regular old Sling Box. If you have a DVR, you can also manage that. Pause, rewind, play, even select although you have to use the Sling Player interface. You can't just tap on the screen guide, at least not yet, but you can set up items to record and play them back. Now they say that this will be released to Apple sometime by the end of Q1, and then it'll be up to Apple to pass it through and put it into the iTunes store. It won't be free. In the past, they've charged up to $29.99 for their mobile apps, but they're not saying yet how much they'll be charging for this. It is the Sling Player Mobile for iPhone. I'm Tom Merritt.
