Skype for Windows Phone Beta Video Transcript

I'm Jessica Dolcourt for cnet.com here at Mobile World Congress 2012 and this is your first look at Skype for Windows Phone and there are a couple of interesting things about this device. One of them is that the lock, sort of big (Berk?) key app to come to Windows Phone and that's pretty ironic because Microsoft actually owns Skype now. But of course, Skype is known for video and voice chat over IP and you could do both of those things on this app as well as chatting over IM. There's also a support for a call forwarding, calling out to landlines and group chats. Another thing you should know is that video chatting only works in landscape mode. But you can simultaneously chat through IM while you're on a video call. That's pretty need. Again, you'll be able to first download it in April and if you wanna download it now, you'll have to do so through a link on Skype's website. I'm Jessica Dolcourt and this is Skype for Windows Phone and you're watching cnet.com
