>> Hi, I'm Bonnie Cha, Senior Editor at CNET.com, and we're here in Barcelona from Mobile World Congress. I've got your First Look here at the Samsung Wave, which was announced at the show. This is Samsung's first phone shipping with the Bada OS. And Bada won't necessarily have an impact here in the US, but it's more for the European/Asian markets about bringing smartphone to everybody, regardless of cost and location. It brings integrated contacts as well as a unified inbox, and some of those features that you see in smartphones, but you know, have to pay a premium. But they're gonna try to keep the costs down. As far as the hardware, it's a beautiful, beautiful device. It's made of an aluminum unibody, and it has this super AMOLED screen, just absolutely gorgeous. We've compared it to the iPhone and the Nexus One, and definitely, it's the best screen out there right now, just really gorgeous and bright. It also plays HD video and records HD video. The 1GHz application processor is also running [inaudible] 3.0, which has up to ten home screens that you can customize. Really beautiful device, probably won't make it to the North American market. It will be available in Europe and Asia markets probably in the April time frame. I'm Bonnie Chung. This has been your First Look at the Samsung Wave. ^M00:01:20 [ Music ]
