>> Nicole: I'm Nicole Lee, Associate Editor for CNET.com and this is a first look at the Samsung A107 for AT&T Wireless. This phone is available via AT&T Go Phone which is AT&T's prepaid network. As you can see here the Samsung A107 is as basic as phones go, there's no camera, there's no external display, there's not even Bluetooth on here. The phone is very nice and compact and light-weight and on the front there's a nice silver front finish. On the side here you get the charger jack. Flip it open you get a very simple 1.4 inch display here. Not the brightest in the world but it's okay for a basic phone like this. On the new [inaudible] you get the navigation array, you get 2 soft keys, the square toggle with the middle wireless web browser shortcut, you also get the send key, the clear key as well as the end power keys. The number keypad is pretty roomy. As you can see it was easy to text and dial by feel. As you might expect the phone's features are fairly basic. You do get access to Media Net, which is AT&T's wireless store there. You also get access to texting multi-media messaging and a speaker phone but that's about it. The Samsung A107 is available for around $20.00 without a contract. I'm Nicole Lee and this has been the first look at the Samsung A107. ^E00:01:20

The Samsung SGH-A777 is a decent 3G slider phone, but there's not much to distinguish it from comparable devices.
ZTE's AT&T Avail is a prepaid, entry-level handset with a responsive 3.5-touchscreen and 5-megapixel camera
The Samsung Dart is a decent entry-level phone for T-Mobile, but there are better options out there.
At CTIA Fall 2010, Jessica Dolcourt takes a First Look at the Samsung Intercept. While an entry-level Android device, the smartphone will make a more notable splash as a prepaid handset with Virgin Mobile.
The Samsung Slash is a decent entry-level phone with a few extra features that put it just above a basic handset.
The Samsung T249 is an entry-level prepaid phone with great sound quality. For basic services, the price is right.
The Samsung SGH-A237 offers a bit of style, but ultimately there's not much to distinguish it from the cell phone crowd.
The Samsung SGH-A187 is a prepaid AT&T Go Phone for avid texters. E-mail and IM are also onboard.
Though the speakerphone didn't quite measure up, the Samsung SGH-A117 is a solid choice for a prepaid AT&T Go phone.
