-Ladies and gentlemen, the Samsung Galaxy S IV. -In New York City on Thursday evening, Samsung unveiled the much anticipated Galaxy S IV. Long heralded as the potential iPhone killer, this new Android operating smartphone boasts a bevy of new features. -The main camera on the back, 13 megapixel and the front facing is 2. -The S IV also takes a big leap forward over the previous Samsung model, the S III with its smart scroll and pause feature. -This allows the Galaxy S IV to detect whether or not you're looking at the phone. The Galaxy S IV will automatically pause the video, so that you don't lose track. -It's definitely evolution not revolution when it comes to Android, but it's going to have all the features that people are gonna be looking for and that will carry them on for the next 2 years of their contract. -According to the market research firm, IDC, Apple leads the smartphone market in the US, while Samsung is the overall global leader. But could all of the S IV's new features be enough for users to make that big switch from their iPhones? -I think that it will steal away some iPhone users because where the iPhone is very simple and sleek and offers, you know, just the right amount of features, Samsung just adds more and more and more. -The Samsung Galaxy S IV is expected to go on sale sometime at April or May.
