>> Hi. I'm Natali Del Conte with CNET TV here at CES 2008 and this is the R2D2 Webcam. It is a controlled by the Lightsabre USB phone. So, this is a VoIP-enabled phone and it's made to work with Skype. The software that comes with this controls the webcam here and you can see the webcam does a whole 360 or 72 degrees up and down, which you can control right here. So, this allows you to make Skype calls from anywhere in the galaxy. It costs $379, I'm guessing the good portion of that goes to LucasArts for licensing, but if you are a Jedi knight you can't go without your droid, right? It also has some presets here, so you can see I'm talking to you from outside the Millennium Falcon. Hello. It has a 628 by 582 resolution and a 2.0 web, zoom webcam. I'm actually thinking about getting this for my mom. She loves R2D2. So, that was your First Look at the access R2D2 Webcam and Skype phone. I'm Natali Del Conte at CES with CNET TV. May the force be with you. ^M00:01:07 [ Music ]
