>> I'm Brian Tong from CNET.com and here's a Mac OSX Quick Tip for you all. Now, we've all wanted to take a screen shot or even capture a specific window or part of our screen to send to someone. Well, let's show you how to do it. Now if you wanna do an entire screen shot really quickly, all you have to do is press and hold the Command button, Shift button and the number three together. Now once you do this, you'll hear a sound effect that sounds like a picture is being taken. So go to your desktop and there it is. But let's say you wanna take a screen shot of a specific section. Well, this time, we're gonna press and hold the Command button, the Shift button and the number four together and you have an icon that looks like a target appear. So take your mouse, click on it and drag over the area that you want and everything in the shaded box will be captured. You'll hear that sound effect again, and there it is on your desktop. Now, if you wanna screen shot a specific window or even an item to use on its own, hold the Command button, Shift button and the number four together, but this time, let's hit the Space Bar afterwards. The target icon now turns it to a camera icon. Now you'll see it will highlight a window, an icon, even the menu bar, so all you have to do is click your mouse button, you'll hear that sound effect one more time and the picture file will be on your desktop.
