>> Hi. I'm Molly Wood from CNET.com here with a Quick Tip for your Trio 750. Now you already know that you can download ringtones or you can use any of the ringtones that are stored in your Trio, but what if you want to use your favorite power song as your ringtone? Here's how to use an MP3 as a ringtone on a Trio 750. First, connect your Trio to your PC using the USB cable. Now you'll need to make sure that you have Active Sync installed on your computer. Once Active Sync is open, click explore and then double click My Windows Mobile Based Device. Double click application data and then open sounds. Now go to the folder where you keep music on your computer and find the MP3 that you want to use as your ringtone. Drag that file from your desktop folder into the sounds folder. Once you've done all of that, just disconnect the Trio from your computer. Now on the Trio, press the start button and find your way to the settings menu. Choose personal, sounds and notifications and then choose the notifications tab. Under event choose phone, known caller or whatever phone item you want here, then go to ringtone and from the pull down menu find the song you transferred earlier. Now your personal favorite song will play any time a new call comes in. Hope it's not too embarrassing. ^M00:01:28 [ Music ]
