>> Multi computer households are pretty common these days.
>> Getting media from one computer to another isn't even that difficult any more. An easy way to do this is through iTunes. All you've got to do is configure iTunes library just like you would for your iPod, but then go to preferences and hit the sharing tab, and check the box to start sharing media. Open iTunes on another computer on your local network and you're all set. Want to get that media outside of your home, instead of the hassle of setting up a remote connection directly to your PC? Use this piece of software called Orb [assumed spelling] instead. Orb sets up a user member password and will give you access to your media on any cell phone or computer away from your house. All it takes is to download the installer, double click it, and then point Orb to your media and you're all set. If you've got a media center computer, Orb will also share your TV shows and record TVs. Want the convenience of shared TV without the configuration of a media center? Check out this, Slingbox [assumed spelling] from Sling Media. All you've got to do is plug in your cable box to the end spot, and then plug in your TV to the out spot, and you've got a connection into your local TV anywhere, on one of the mobile phones, on the blackberry, or any laptop that has internet access.
