>> Hi, I'm Molly Wood and here's a quick tip for how to unlock Outlook 2007's best feature. Outlook 2007 makes it insanely easy to create calendar appointments from your emails and even color-code them for quick scanning. Let's say you've got an e-mail here that you wanna calendar, you just drag the e-mail unto the calendar button and up pops a new calendar out of it. Sadly, Outlook can't read your e-mails, so you're gonna have to set the date and time yourself. But another cool new feature let's you color code the calendar item and there are three unassigned colors, so you can actually create new categories. This turns your calendar into a nice, pretty scannable page. And bonus, like in Outlook 2003, you can easily drag calendar items around to different times or dates. Obviously, I have way too many mails. ^M00:00:44 [ Music ]
