>> There are times when it's great to have the date and time stamped on your photo then there are times when it ruins the photo. I'm Brian Cooley with a quick tip on how to turn date and time stamping on and off on your Canon Powershot A550 or similar digital camera. Turn the camera on then press the function set button right here in the middle of your navigation wheel. Go to the bottom selection, the bottom menu and click over to postcard mode, looks like that. Now press the menu button down here on the bottom right. At that point I want you to click down about oh six or seven selections to there. That icon is date and time stamping. At this point you can click left and right to turn either date on, date and time or turn them both off. The other way to get in and out of this is to just leave postcard mode. When you do that you automatically cancel any kind of date and time stamping so that's easily done by pressing function set and then selecting anything but postcard mode in that ribbon. Now go take some pictures with date and time turned on only when you want it. ^M00:01:04 [ Music ]
