>>Nicole Lee: I'm Nicole Lee, Associate Editor for CNET.com and this is a first look at the Pantech Link from AT&T. It is one of the thinnest messaging phones we've ever tried as you can see here around 0.4 inch thick, so it's really very thin and skinny. On the front here you do get a nice 2.4 inch display, a very nice and colorful as you can see. Underneath that you do get the typical navigation array. Underneath that you do get a quite a roomy QWERTY keyboard. The keys are all raised above the surface. It's sort of a bubble-like texture so it's easy dial and text by feel. The number keys are outlined in blue as you can see here. On the back here is a nice rubberized texture for better grip. This is a 1.3 megapixel camera on the back here. Features of the phone include the aforementioned 1.3 megapixel camera and camcorder. There is a music player on here, there's also 3G supported which gives you access to AT&T Broadband services like AT&T Mobile Music and AT&T Mobile Video. You also get access to AT&T call services like AT&T Online Address Book, as well as AT&T's Online Locker which let's you store photos and videos online. Other features include GPS, stereo Bluetooth, an HTML internet browser based on Opera and mobile email. The Pantech Link is available for only $10 with a two year service agreement and $50 mail in rebate. I'm Nicole Lee, this has been the first look at the Pantech Link.

Despite a few design issues, the Pantech Reveal is a good midrange messaging phone with the added bonus of a full HTML Web browser.
The Pantech Laser's generous features and stylish good looks make it one of the better messaging phones in AT&T's lineup.
Pantech Link (AT&T) Review
The good: The Pantech Link is thin and sleek with a rubberized backing and a nice QWERTY keyboard. It has a 1.3-megapixel camera, a music player, 3G/HSDPA, and support for AT&T's new cloud services. It is also very affordable.
The bad: The call quality could be improved and the HTML browser seems wasted on such a small screen.
The bottom line: The Pantech Link is an absolute steal with an excellent array of midrange features, a great slim design, and a wallet-friendly price. We wish only that it had better call quality.
