[ music ] ^m00:00:04 I'm Nicole Lee, associate editor for CNET dot com. This is a first look at the Pantech C630 from AT and T. As you can see here, looks like a pretty typical looking candy bar phone, very small and compact, very nice looking screen, not... but it's good for what it is. And you get a typical number keypad right here, you also get a joystick type toggle. We aren't big fans of joystick toggles because they're a little bit stiff sometimes, but you know it's good enough for a phone of this price range. On the side you get a volume rocker, as well as the charger jack. On the other side you get a camera button as well as a micro SD card slot. On the back is a 1 point 3 megapixel camera lens. As far as features go, the Pantech C630 is pretty feature packed for it's size. It has 3G on here, which means it has come to the whole host of AT and T 3G services. The best thing about the Pantech C630 is it's only 39 dollars with a two year service agreement. That's under 40 dollars for a 3G phone, is pretty good. My name is Nicole Lee, this has been the first look at the Pantech C630. [ music ]

Pantech C630 - gray (AT&T) Review
The good: The Pantech C630 is a lightweight candy-bar handset with 3G, GPS, and several multimedia features.
The bad: The Pantech C630 has a rather dull design, plus it lacks a self-portrait mirror.
The bottom line: The Pantech C630 is surprisingly feature-packed for such a simple and affordable phone.
