>> Hi, I'm Will Greenwald, Assistant editor at CNET.com and this is the Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ3 digital camera. This 7-megapixel shooter sports a really big lens and a nice left-hand manual features. Now the big draw of this camera is the 10x Leica zoom lens. It is image stabilized, it lets you get a nice and close and it's just a handy featured another camera. Now, like any camera with a large lens, you're going to want to use a tripod when you're zooming in all the way because camera shake magnifies the further you zoom in. Still, the image stabilization does help reduce that and that's a nice touch. On top of the lens the camera sports a nice amount of scene pre-set modes, manual settings, program mode and various other features for you to sort of tweak your exposure. Now, it's a bit bulkier than some of the slimmer compact cameras you've seen, but it will still fit comfortably in a bag or a jacket pocket, which is nice. It has a nice big LCD screen, but it does not have an optical view finders, which would have been nice on a camera of this sort. Still, it shoots pretty quickly, the photos look nice and you can get a nice and powerful lens. I'm Will Greenwald and this is the Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ3 digital camera.
