>> Hi I'm Bonnie Cha, Senior Editor at CNET.com and today, once again, a first look at the Palm Centro for AT&T. And this is the GSM version of the Centro that was released on Sprint late last year. Pretty much the same, it's still focused towards the first time smartphone user. There are some differences. First off, the coloring is different. This is white and lime green. It's pretty youthful and playful so it's good for that target audience if they're going for the young audience but they will release a black version if you want more of a business-corporate device. You've got this nice compact form factor and a touch-screen here. The one tradeoff is the keyboard is pretty small so you're gonna have to take some time to like get used to 'em. Also, there is a 1.3 megapixel camera on the back and it takes really great pictures. The one disappointment is, there's no 3G support like the Sprint version so you're gonna be surfin' the web at EDGE speeds. Also, it supports AT&T music as well as their push-to-talk services. But overall, a great phone for the first-time user and you can't beat the price of 99 dollars with a two-year contract and it's available now.
