Pageonce for Mobile Video Transcript

>> Jessica: When you want to check your bank balance or flight status from your BlackBerry or from your iPhone where do you go, how about to Pageonce? I'm Jessica Delcourt bringing you a first look at the slick looking application for checking your account activity at a glance. Pageonce essentially gives you an RSS feed for a range of your online accounts. Because this feed is read-only it's best suited to your financial and travel accounts like your bank balance or your flight itinerary though it's also good for reading friend's Twitter updates, checking on the status of an Amazon order, for instance, and seeing if that important email came in. Remember that you won't be able to read the email or respond to a Twitter post from Pageonce but if you just want to know if your rent check was cashed it's way faster than opening the browser. The application interface is really similar for iPhone and BlackBerry you'll be able to choose from a single account in the accounts page or view your recent activity for all your accounts in the update screen. There are separate screens for tuning into your money matters and itineraries and a button for managing accounts from the BlackBerry or iPhone. Pageonce has mostly been reliable but we've recently seen a few issues with broken feeds and rejected logins. If you're worried about security though Page Once is backed by 256 Bit encryption, a password you can set to enter every time you open the app and the ability to wipe the information from the device if you lose it. The premium version which about 10 bucks for both BlackBerry and the iPhone gives you an extra security password option. The free version which is for iPhone only is ad supported. If you have a lot of accounts you like to check especially related to shopping, finance or Netflix Pageonce is a great app to try if you can avoid the occasional technical hiccups. I'm Jessica Delcourt looking at Pageonce for iPhone and BlackBerry. ^M00:01:44 [ Music ]
