Orphic Endeavors: The Lighthouse
This was built in Moray and raytraced in Povray. I had to render 260 images to build this video. It took my tired computer two weeks to render all of them, and really it could have used many more to make the movement more fluid. Please excuse the jerkiness. Orphic Endeavors: "Evening Song"
The tune "Evening Song" is supposed to be about a typical evening at home with the family. So many things are all going on at once. The phone ringing, talking, kids playing video games, playing with toys, watching TV, working on the computer, stuff cooking on the stove, just everyday life stuff...This video is a very simple handmade representation of that idea. There are many more music videos available at bpgisme.com.

The high-end ProMagix PCX is overkill for most homes and offices, but graphic artists, video hobbyists, and gamers will like what they find under the hood.
The image of the sound, the sound of the image
Basic idea was to create a image of the sound and a sound of the image. "Author" of the music is my software "LvB's X" (virtual music composer) then I made arrangement. The animation - renderer: ART VPS RenderPipeMAX. Audio: Cubase VST, CoolEdit and samples from CD/DVD: "Computer Music", "MusicTech", "Future Music" and "homemade". Realization: 1.-idea development 1995-2003 2.-software and 3D models 2001-2004 3.-animating 3D models and music 2002-2005 4.-final video october 2005. Now, I will try to make DVD with 12 videos. Each one will be dedicated parallelly to one musical instrument and to one month illustrated corresponding temper / mood / weathering factors / atmospheric agents (sun, moon, rain, snow, wind, fog, aurora borealis, dew, clouds, rainbow,...). I hope it can be done at the end of 2007. Broadcasting quality of this video you can download here www.lvbsx.com.
Samuel Edsall: "R E M (Rapid Eye Movement)"
This piece was composed with Acid Pro and edited in Sony Vegas. This is a very deep journey into the ambient spaces of sleep. This video has been highly regarded in the charts. Let me know what you think.
From his cutting edge album comes the first music video from the eclectic artist Skitchy. For too long artists have had little or nothing to do with their own promo videos, but Skitchy has decided to buck that trend and created a slightly disturbed 3D animated masterpiece - by himself. 3D animation in music video is usually reserved for artists with high budgets and large teams of animators, but with this piece Skitchy has broken the mould. The video revolves around a day in the life of a robot living in a world that is part cartoon and part reality. When a gang of thugs attack he decides to get revenge. An idea comes to him when he spots something bouncing along the sidewalk - a human heart. So he grabs his shovel and heads for the cemetary... Skitchy commented "Originally I was making the video as a purely promotional piece for my music, but as time went by it took on a life of its own. When you make something comletely by yourself you have no restraints, and working in a 'virtual' 3D world gives you free reign to 'play God'. I could visualise certain scenes, and others just happened as I built and animated them."
This cleverly animated video sets everyone's favorite pre-teen rockers against bad guys who hate music.
