-Hello, I'm Luke Westaway for CNET, here at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. We're in the Nokia stand taking a look at the Lumia 520. Right now, Nokia promises that this is going to be the most affordable Windows phone that it's made yet. So, what you're looking at here is a real budget smartphone. So, what do you get? Well, there's a 4 inch display which has a 480 x 800 pixel resolution. It's not the brightest, sharpest, clearest screen I've ever seen but for the price, it's maybe not too bad. All right, it's got a 1 GHz dual core processor. Again, not the most powerful processor on paper but as you can see, when I swipe around, everything's moving quite fast. So, it doesn't really feel like there's any lag or stuttering which is definitely good. Around the back, there's a 5 mega pixel camera. There's no front-facing camera, though, unfortunately. So, video calling will be slightly out of the question. This phone costs only a â?¬139.00, which means it's a very cheap way of getting hold of a smartphone. So, I think what Nokia's hoping is, if you're new to the world of smartphones, this could be your first one or that if you're looking for, perhaps, a cheap second phone, even, then you might want to give the Windows phone interface a try. Obviously, when you're spending lots of more cash, you wanna go with something that's better known for having loads and loads of apps. But, when you're not spending very much cash, I think this could be quite a compelling option. So, the design and the hardware aren't so luxurious but the price is definitely attractive. This phone is gonna be on sale by the end of March. I'm Luke Westaway for CNET and this is the Nokia Lumia 520.
