>> Dan Ackerman: I'm Dan Ackerman. We're here in New York City with Nokia where they have just unveiled their Booklet 3G. It's a new netbook. Now, of course, everybody and their cousin has a netbook. It's a very crowded field, so what are they doing to help this guy stand out? It's a 10inch netbook. It's actually got a highdef screen. It's got builtin 3G, and the 3G access is gonna come through AT&T exclusively. It's also gonna be available at Best Buy exclusively, and it's actually, you know, a fairly nice, sturdy, solid metal feeling netbook. It's got a 16cel battery that they claim is gonna give you 12?hours of battery life. We're gonna have to run it through some tests ourselves and see what happens. And what do they want for it? Well, if you sign up with AT&T for a twoyear contract then it's $299, which is actually a pretty good deal for a netbook with these kind of highend features. If you don't want the contract then it's $599, 600 bucks obviously places this way out of the netbook mainstream. And obviously if you wanna have something that's kinda similar to a 3G netbook without getting involved with a contract, you can just get a $299 netbook from somebody else at their own 3G, but you're not gonna get the highend features like the highdefinition 720 display or the already builtin 3G and GPS.
