>> Hi, I'm Kent German, Senior Editor here at CNET.com. I'm here at Mobile World Congress 2010 in Barcelona. I want to show you the Motorola Cliq XT. Now, this is for T-Mobile. It is sort of a different version of the Cliq that we've seen already. It doesn't look anything like it, really. It doesn't have a slide out keyboard. It's a bit thinner. It still has that same candy bar design, of course, still with a touchscreen. This isn't really a toggle. It's actually a touchpad, so you can swipe your finger back and forth. And of course, you can use the touchscreen as well. Five home screens, so that's similar to the Cliq. So you can customize these as ever you want. Another thing I want to show you is swipe function. You can start your finger on the first letter of the word that you want to spell, and then you can just drag your finger around to the different letters. This seems pretty effective, a little bit to get used to it. Now, one thing we've said a lot about Android phones and their media players is they're just not very advanced. See, they work; there's nothing really wrong with them, but just they don't have a lot of features when compared with other media phones. However, the Cliq XT is a little bit different. Its media player is connected to the Internet, so what that means you'll be able go, and you'll be able to find song lyrics. You'll be able to identify songs. You have a choices like there, there's song identification. There's also an FM radio. So that brings a little more functionality into the media player. Like the original Cliq, the Cliq XT does have Motoblur. Of course, what Motoblur is, it's a system for organizing all your contacts, social media, email, and sort of organizing it all in one place, making it a little easier to see who you're talking to, exactly how you're talking to them. The back is a little bit textured. It's a also a little curved. I think they thought it felt nice in the hand. It does have a nice, solid feel as well. Availability will be there in March of 2010. We don't know pricing yet. I'm Kent German at Mobile World Congress 2010 with Motorola Cliq XT. ^M00:01:44 [ Music ]
