Welcome to CNET Top 5, where each time we meet, we count down another hot CNET list. I'm Tom Merritt. Spring is usually a time for renewal. But not for CNET fans. They are sticking to their guns when it comes to what reviews are popular. It's time to check in on the Top 5 most popular products based on what reviews CNET users are reading the most. .Let's count 'em down. At No. 5, the Palm Pre Plus. Fantastic news for Palm, which can use all the good news it can get. The Plus is the Verizon version of the Pre. Coming in at No. 4, the Apple iPhone 3GS. We expect the iPad to be in this list next month, but for now, Apple can enjoy the sustained interest in the almost year-old 3GS. Up to No. 3, the HTC Droid Eris. It looks like Verizon may dominate the list again. The Eris is the cheaper more pocket-size Droid. It's also holding steady at number three. Sliding in at No. 2, the HTC Nexus One. If the HD2 could have knocked the Pre Plus back a notch HTC could have had three of the top 5. As it is they have three of the top 6. Not bad. Before we get to No. 1, it's time for another lame prize. Be one of the first 10 people to answer our trivia question correctly at the post for this Top 5 on blog.cnettv.com and you could win... The most popular phone, er, I mean product, according to CNET readers. At No. 1, it's...The Motorola Droid. It's the same as last month.
