>> Hi I'm Kent German, Senior Editor at CNET.com. I'm here at the CTIA 2007 Fall Show here in San Francisco. I'm here to show you the T Mobile Sidekick Slide. This is one of the two Sidekicks that T-Mobile just came out with. The other is the T-Mobile Sidekick LX which I'll show you in a minute as well. You'll wanna see this, I really like this design; I'm not a psychic user but it is a lot smaller. I can just pull up the LX as a comparison; you can see it's a lot shorter, little bit thinner and just a really nice size difference. Every time I use the LX I feel like it's way too big so I like this design a lot. It is a slide so you can slide the screen just like that. I also like this design a lot better, I like the mechanism. The other T-Mobile Sidekick I felt like I was always gonna break when I kept flipping it up. But I really like that sliding action; it just goes up and down. Nice crisp display, I like the keypad buttons, they're pretty easy to use, a little different design of the keys as well. We have the traditional buttons right here for the menu, for the back, for the other back. We also have the track ball the other Sidekick LX came out with the talk and end buttons. So traditional psychic buttons although the toggle has been slightly reworked as you can see on the Sidekick LX. It is square it has the speaker inside; this is the rectangular made of plastic. I didn't like it quite as much, I didn't find that it was easy to maneuver with the finger but overall it wasn't too bad. Overall very nice psychic design, very new, very slick, very small so I really like it a lot. I'm Kent German and this is the T-Mobile Sidekick Slide. ^M00:01:26 [ Music ] ^M00:01:29
