When Josey Aimes (Academy Award winner Charlize Theron) returns to her hometown in Northern Minnesota after a failed marriage, she needs a good job. Jim (Casey Affleck) begrudgingly returns to his hometown in rural Indiana after failing to make it on his own in New York.
