-Hey everybody, I'm Jason Jenkins for CNET at CES. And I'm here at the Sony stand looking at all the different products with NFC inside. And what that means is basically 2 products can talk to each other that don't normally communicate. First interesting one is here. This is called one-touch mirroring, and what you do is you touch the phone and the remote together, and you can see very easily there that what's happened is that you could see on the TV what you could see on the phone. You can scroll through and that's that. These have something called mirror cast inside, so this phone has a mirror cast. The TV has mirror cast. If they both have mirror cast, it works. NFC basically just provides the handover and then bluetooth takes over from there. That's one thing. The other thing is this. It's called the personal content station. It's actually a 1 terabyte hard disk. So, what you do is you pick up your phone. You just place it over there and any kind of photos, or music, or video that you've taken since you last backed up will be sucked off that phone and on to the-- on to the 1 terabyte drive. Now, there are cloud services that do this already, but I guess this is for someone that doesn't use cloud services. You can't access anything in here on the internet, but you can on your personal network at home over Wi-Fi or something like that. It's kinda cool. The final thing I'm gonna show you is NFC working on audio. So, this is a massive boom box that Sony's got. And if you tap this over there, then it will play whatever is on here on the boom box. It's pretty cool. And further down is also a home cinema system, headphones, a little speaker all using NFC, so basically the phone becomes the hub of all these. Well, that's NFC. I'm Jason Jenkins for CNET. See you soon.
