>> Natali: Everyone's favorite children's show is hitting the tubes you can get full episodes on iTunes for $1.99 or watch clips for free on Hulu or YouTube, incidentally this was announced on the 39th anniversary of Sesame Street. We have a launch date for the BlackBerry Storm, ZDNet is reporting that it will be available on Verizon next Monday, November 17th. For some reason I thought we'd have to wait until 2009 to see the Storm but looks like I was wrong. ZDNet couldn't confirm this with Verizon's corporate office, the information came from a customer service rep, but it would be smart for Verizon to get this out before holiday shopping season especially since, let's face it, aside from the LG line they do kind of have a dearth of desirable Smartphones. AT&T launched a video site called Video Crawler, it searchers for video all over the Internet and then plays it directly in the search results, all you have to do is enter a search term and then you'll get matching videos that will play on the site from the native player embedded on Video Crawler. We don't normally see Web applications out of AT&T, and this one is a Beta, it works well although I got to say I'm not in love with the interface, it's too crowded if you ask me. Otherwise this is a good idea, and to be honest, something YouTube should have done a very long time ago. Intel wants to get in on the healthcare game, the Wall Street Journal reports that the company's working on hardware and software that will help anyone with chronic illness manage their health from their home. Studies have shown that people who manage their health with technology are more successful at maintaining and improving their health but there really are no standards or commonly used products for this just yet so hopefully Intel will get that going. The company's supposed to announce a series of trials in the near future. A few weeks ago we mentioned that Dell wanted to try their hand at the media player market again, looks like they've rethought that plan. The Wall Street Journal is reporting that Dell is not going to do this after all, now keep in mind Dell had a line of MP3 players but then discontinued them back in 2006. I say good for them why play in this market if you're not sure you can win, better to leave that crazy or bold ambition to Microsoft. Looks like iReverse gonna make a mobile phone, the company that's best known for its media players like the iReverse Spin is gonna launch a handset in March with Korean carrier KTF. We don't know if or when it will come to the U.S. but iReverse typically takes a few months to start shipping their products to Western markets. The handset will have a large touch-screen display, of course, and have the ability to read your hand writing, it'll also have WiFi, a built-in dictionary and access to Bugs music service. I can also pretty much guarantee that it will be pretty because almost everything that company does is pretty. Target has a new gift card out this season that doubles as a digital camera, it's called the WOW card and it's a credit card sized 1 point 2 Megapixel camera. It has 15 Megs of internal storage, runs on triple A batteries, and comes with a USB cord and proprietary software. The gift cards come in 50 or $100 denominations; this is kind of weird but, why not. The government does not want tickets to Barack Obama's inauguration sold on-line, I don't think they'll really be able to prevent that but they're gonna try. California Senator Dianne Feinstein is asking sites like eBay and Craig's List not to sell scalped inauguration tickets, she's also authoring a Bill that would make it a federal crime to scalp them. The tickets are supposed to be free and distributed through congressional offices, they won't be distributed until just before the January 20th event but when they are, I'm sure we're gonna see them on-line, I'd say it's pretty much inevitable.
