>> Hey, I'm Tom Merritt, at CES 2008. And we're taking a look at the Liquid Image underwater digital camera mask. Now this is pretty cool. They've taken a five megapixel camera and put it in a pretty sturdy underwater mask, right, great for snorklers, or especially divers. The five megapixel mask will go down to thirty meters, they also have a three point one megapixel version, that one goes down to five meters, it's a little cheaper. The five megapixel mask is ninety nine bucks, three point one megapixel is seventy nine bucks. Now here's how it works. You've got some gasket protected ports on this thing. Right in here is the way to get the pictures out once you've taken them. There's a USB port where you can attach it to your computer. There's also a micro SD card slot so you can add some extra memory and be able to pull that SD card out as well. Now there's also a couple other ports here on the bottom. One is for the batteries, takes two triple A batteries. There's also another one that's empty right now, so you could use it for storage. I recommend storing a couple extra batteries in there, you can throw some Chapstick in there. They say they'll also use that extra port in the future for attachments or add ons, like perhaps a light to help you in those darker places. It's meant for underwater picture taking, so they've adjusted the camera for those underwater conditions. And the way you do it, put it on here, see if I can get it past this mask. There's a light in here that comes on. You press this button right here to turn it on, and I kind of have to adjust it a little so I could see that light. Now I've got a red light, that means I'm at the high resolution. Press it again, it goes to green, I'm at the low resolution. Press it again, it goes to yellow, and that's video. There's sixteen megabytes of internal storage here, you could take fifty three seconds of video there. So multiply that by whatever SD card you get, that's how much video you can get. Press it again, it starts to blink, and that's a way to delete photos if you didn't like it, and you just hold it down to turn it off. Course there's a button right next to it when you want to start shooting or taking a picture. Once again, it's the Liquid Image digital camera mask, coming available in March.
