LG Optimus U (U.S. Cellular) Video Transcript
-I'm Nicole Lee, senior associate editor for cnet.com and this is a first look at the LG Optimus U for U.S. Cellular. If this feels a little bit like dej vu is because the Optimus U is one of 5 different Optimus line of phones with different carriers. There was the Optimus T for T-Mobile, the Optimus M for MetroPCS, and this is the Optimus U for U.S. Cellular. The LG Optimus U is in fact very similar to the LG Optimus as the form, the fit. The finish is very similar to that phone. As you can see on the front, it has a nice 3-inch display, very bright and colorful. Underneath that, you get the usual Android hot sensor keys on the bottom here. On the back is a 3.2-megapixel camera lens. Even though the LG Optimus U is a basic-entry level Android phone, it does have Android 2.2 and it does have portable hotspot tethering. It also has Bluetooth, GPS, and all the goodies of Android. Probably, the best thing about the LG Optimus U is that it is free with a new 2-year contract. I'm Nicole Lee, this has been a first look at the LG Optimus U.
