LG Optimus C Video Transcript

-I'm Nicole Lee, Senior Associate Editor for CNET.com and this is a first look at the LG Optimus C. Yes, you've already got the Optimus T, the Optimus S, the Optimus M. This one is the Optimus C for Cricket Wireless. Of course, what else? It's almost the same phone as all the others. It has a very simple Android 2.2 interface, pretty stock interface, right here; very simple design overall. On the back is a 3.2-megapixel camera. Underneath the display, you do get the usual Android hot sensor keys. Features of the LG Optimus C are about the same as all the other Optimus phones. You get Android 2.2 Froyo, which is pretty good for an entry-level smartphone. It only has 600 megahertz processor. It's not the fastest in the world, but it's good for a basic phone like this. You also get the usual Wi-Fi, GPS, and stereo Bluetooth. The LG Optimus C does not have Wi-Fi tethering however. The LG Optimus C is available for $199 MSRP, which may sound like a lot, but it is available without a contract. Cricket Wireless also offers unlimited plans for as low as $55 a month, which is a pretty good deal. I'm Nicole Lee. This has been a first look at the LG Optimus C.
