>> My name is Nicole Lee associate editor at CNET.com and this is he LGCU 400 from Singular. It is a 3G UMTS Phone which is a 3G compatible. It also has access to Singular video which is Singular's Broadband TV service. As you can see here it's a very nice black compact phone, very attractive and sleek here on the front. There's also a external screen right here. On top here is a VGA camera. On the side here's a dedicated camera button. And on the other side is the headset jack, volume rocker, and a push to talk button. Open it up and you get a very nice screen right here, it's very nice and bright. Of course a big feature with this phone is the Singular Video support which has access to like Singular TV content like HBO mobile, ESPN mobile. We weren't too excited about the VGA camera and it's only UMTS speed which isn't the 3.5 G HSTPA speed that we like from Singular. But, it is still a pretty solid phone, a pretty good offering from singular if you want to have singular video. My name is Nicole Lee and this has been the LGCU 400. ^M00:01:13 [ Music ]

LG CU400 (AT&T) Review
The good: The LG CU400 is an attractive 3G/UMTS-capable phone with a great-looking display and excellent sound quality. It also has a camera, a camcorder, push-to-talk features, quad-band capabilities, as well as access to Cingular Video, streaming music, and other 3G content.
The bad: The LG CU400's VGA camera is disappointing, and it's difficult to take self-portraits.
The bottom line: The LG CU400 is a speedy and attractive cell phone with access to high-speed 3G content such as Cingular Video plus access to cool mobile applications like XM Radio Mobile and MySpace Mobile. While we liked its push-to-talk features and its quad-band capabilities, we were ultimately disappointed with the poor quality of its VGA camera and the lack of a dedicated audio player.
