[Music] ^M00:00:08 In Europe Lexus is far from the well-known gold standard that it is in the U.S. Partly because it was always designed as a brand that would succeed in the United States. Everywhere else was kind of an afterthought. But here's a Lexus that's all about Europe and the UK. It's the LF-Ch concept. A compact car but in a premium class. Something we just don't get in the U.S. Say what you will about the shape and I don't have too much to say about it. Inside the cabin tech is controlled by the new Lexus remote touch joy knob thing and screen that we've liked a lot in the HS and RX vehicles. In the rear there would be headrest mounted iPhone docks for video watching. Under-hood we're talking about the usual Toyota hydrid synergy drive but no mention yet of this vehicle having plug-in ability as was debuted the Prius plug-in concept also at Frankfurt. overall the hybridness of this vehicle fits in the European market as Lexus has recently for example announced it will become an all hybrid brand in the UK in just a few years. ^M00:01:11
