Hello, everybody. It's Lynn La from CNET, bringing you guys a tablet this time, and it's called the Lenovo IdeaTab A2109. The A2109 is a WiFi only device and it runs on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. It has a 9-inch LED touch screen with a 1280 by 800 pixel resolution, and a 16 by 10 aspect ratio. Inside, you'll get 16 gigs of storage space and 1 gig of memory. The device is powered via Nvidia Tegra 3 1.2 GHz quad core processor which makes the tablet pretty snappy and smooth. On the back, there's a 3 megapixel camera, and on the front there is a 1.3 megapixel camera. You also get a micro USB port and micro HDMI output, and a micro SD card slot. If you're interested, the device is going for about $300. Again, I'm Lynn, and this has been the IdeaTab A2109 by Lenovo.
Lightweight and extremely aggressively-priced, Lenovo's quad-core Android tablet running Android Jellybean 4.2 pushes the budget barrier.
The Lenovo IdeaTab S2109A seems like a good deal...that is, until you consider other tablets choices currently available.
Watch as the Lenovo IdeaTab S2110 thrills with its bright screen and fast games performance, but disappoints with a cheap body and a price tag that's too high for its offerings.
The 7-inch tablet impresses with a headphone enhancing audio feature, but depresses with just about everything else.
Equipped with Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, a 7-inch display, and a Tegra 3 quad-core processor, the Hisense Sero 7 Pro is available only at Walmart for $149.
The Nexus has a quad-core processor, a gorgeous screen, and costs only $200. We take this promising 7-inch tablet for for a test drive.
The Asus Memo Pad 10 is a 10-inch Android tablet boasting a quad-core processor, bright designs, and hopefully a rock bottom price.
We already know that the LG G Pad 8.3 is a reliable and swift quad-core tablet -- but now it flaunts a pure Android facelift from Google.
Equipped with Windows RT, a 1.3 gigahertz quad-core NVIDIA Tegra 3 CPU, and a keyboard dock, the Asus Vivo Tab RT is a 10.1-inch tablet mobile office on the go.
Molly Wood unwraps (not without difficulty) Google's new tablet, the Nexus 7. The 7-inch device features Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, a 1280x800 HD display and a Quad Core Tegra 3 processor. Is this the 7-inch tablet to beat?
Lenovo IdeaTab A2109 Review
The good: The Lenovo IdeaTab A2109 sports a snappy quad-core CPU, features expandable storage and an HDMI output, and is reasonably priced at $300.
The bad: The IdeaTab A2109's display is unimpressive, it has a bulky build, and it has disappointing video recording quality.
The bottom line: Despite having a decent price tag and zippy processor, the Lenovo IdeaTab A2109's screen is just too drab to consider.
