>> When was the last thing you saw a Lancia next to you on a road? Yeah. Never, right? Left the market in 1982, in terms of US sales, and even then not a common car was the odd ball compared to Fiat and Alfa, but we we're intrigued by this Lancia Delta making its world premiere here. Not only its interesting design language but they're really going for a rather stout degree of tech. First of all, Microsoft Blue & Me, it's kind of a Euro version of Microsoft Sync. It actually was in Europe before we got the similar sync system in the United States. HALF, Haptic Line Feedback, it's a system of cameras that will read the lanes and then if you're drifting, give haptic feedback to the wheel to let you know you got to correct something, get yourself back in shape. Also, a semiautomatic parking system on a car that is not totally high-end. That's unusual and I'm glad they're being honest about it. The word semi in semiautomatic parking is the most important one. None of these in my experience are truly automatic just yet. Lancia Delta interesting package from an odd and often corky brand but they got some good ideas here. ^M00:01:16 [ Music ]
