iRiver H10 (5GB, Trance Red) Review
The good: The photo-friendly iRiver H10 has a sophisticated compact design with removable battery, and it offers a color screen, solid sound quality, and nice EQ options. Excellent FM and voice recording as well as support for Windows Media DRM 10 round out the package.
The bad: The iRiver H10's controls aren't as intuitive as those of the iPod Mini, and the power adapter requires a USB dongle. The iRiver H10 also has mediocre battery life and offers no album art support or PC-less transfer of photos to device. If you want line-in recording, you'll have to pay for an optional cradle.
The bottom line: As iRiver's first 5GB entry, the H10 includes nearly every coveted feature, but navigating the player controls can frustrate some users.
