Hello, everyone! I?m Molly Wood and welcome to the CNET Mailbag, the show where we got some surprisingly meaty questions this week. Let?s dive on in. As so often happens, Andy?s email refers to something I?ve been meaning to tell you. He says: I normally like all of the cnettv videos and learn somthing from almost all of them. but, cmon, how to subscribe to podcasts? everyone knows how to do that, it's like saying how to buy songs on itunes or something. Glad you noticed! We have been re-tooling our help and how-to videos, though, and we?re ditching the Insider Secrets and Quick Tips names. We?ve already launched How To, featuring very fancy new difficulty ratings ? see? And we also launched a Get Started series, which includes the subscribing to a podcast video Andy saw. It?s meant to be a very basic tutorial that, like, maybe you can send to your mom! Some people really don?t know how to do it. On the other hand, we?re about to launch another new series called Hacks, and Tom?s working on a Hacks video about SQL injection attacks. Maybe that?ll be more your speed, Andy. Steve writes in with a problem that?s been plaguing you Zune owners. He says: I just wanted to let you all know that the Cnet HD video podcasts don't work with the Zune software or hardware so I am forced to watch low quality which is quite unfortunate. All the other HD podcasts work fine please fix yours so I can enjoy seeing all your lovely faces! Yeah, Steve, this was a problem that was really annoying us. It was an issue that only Castfire could work out with Microsoft, and the problem wasn?t really going anywhere until we threatened to put it on Mailbag. That worked! Castfire told us at shoot time that they?d figured out the problem and would have a fix ASAP, so it should be working by the time you see this. That?s right. The power of the Mailbag. Boom. Ok, in other issues of the day, Stathis writes from GREECE to say this: i have an Ipod touch and when i enter to safari cnettv.com it redirects me to iphone.cnet.com and a message appears saying "there is a problem with the site contact with the administrator" but when i type iphone.cnet.com wow!! the site appears without any problem! Why? Fix it or explain it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!(i put so many "!" to see your face while reading the message on air) Huh. Yeah. I tried that on my iPhone and the same thing happened. But ? the fix seems kind of easy. Just type in iphone.cnet.com instead. It?ll eventually auto-complete. Or better yet, get the TV.com iPhone app with ALL our videos from across CBS Interactive, including CNET! There. Fixed. Ok, now for a bit of feedback on Mark Licea?s new Green Show! Bruce says: Yeah so I just saw the first episode of the Green Show! Very impressive!! I am excited to see more! Is there going to be an option to subscribe to the show via iTunes? That's where I get most of my cnet fix from! Well, Bruce, there already is! When you?re watching the video on CNET TV, click the subscribe button under the video. Then, from the drop-down menu, choose The Green Show, pick your podcast poison, and if you choose podcast or HD podcast, it?ll launch iTunes, and away you go.
