Hello, I'm Jason Parker from Download.com and this is First Look at Internet Download Manager. *** Though the name might be lacking pizazz, this download manager offers plenty to get excited about when it comes to speeding up and queuing downloadable files. *** During installation you can choose to set the program to integrate with your default browser, making every download use Internet Download Manager. *** Now, whenever you download a file, you're prompted with a dialog giving you several options for WHERE and even WHEN you want to download files. *** It's especially useful for Downloading large files because it splits up the download into pieces across several servers which brings you the complete file much faster than a standard download. *** Those with bandwidth issues based on high traffic periods of the week will appreciate the ability to schedule downloads for whatever time they want. *** When several download files share a similar name like pic1, pic2, and pic3, for example, you can have Internet Download Manager batch download all of the files without clicking each link. *** Overall, we think anyone who experiences bandwidth issues or wants control over when their files are downloaded should try Internet Download Manager. *** I'm Jason Parker and this has been a First Look at Internet Download Manager.
