First Look: IE7Pro IE7 Pro adds more than mere showmanship to the Internet Explorer browser, with robust add-ons previously limited to Firefox or Opera. I'm Seth Rosenblatt for CNET Download.com, and this is a First Look at IE7Pro, the freeware add-on that introduces some pretty darn smart solutions for customization problems in Internet Explorer 7. *** (read slowly) The depth of the features can't be understated. Tab enhancement, mouse gestures, ad-blocking, mini-download manager, "super" drag-n-drop, form filling, a session manager, customizable hotkeys, and more are just some of the can't-live-without-it features that this add-on provides. One feature that's hard to show is called FasterIE, which introduces pre-fetching to IE users. This lets you download pages significantly faster than without it, all without having to wait for Microsoft to put out an upgrade. *** The list of added features is long, but they're all accessible from a status bar icon that the program installs for you. Although many users have moved away from IE in recent years, there's still a lot of people who do use it. If you're one of them, it's hard to imagine IE without this must-have add-on. For Download.com, I'm Seth Rosenblatt with this First Look at IE7Pro. Thanks for watching.
