>> Hi, I'm Jason Parker from Download.com and this is a first look at ICQ. As one of the oldest chat programs, ICQ has all the features you need to get started chatting with your friends right away. And easy setup process helps you choose your screen name and password and lets you add other ICQ users easily. The program offers several exits for letting you change your avatar, sign up for features like ICQ phone, play games, and many others. You can set up a group chat simply by opening the group chat window and inviting your friends for a chat message Powwow. ICQ is also useful for sending files. If you have a picture or other file to share use the icon in the upper left of the chat window or just right click your buddies user name and choose send file. Overall, we think ICQ is a great program to get started chatting with your friends and family. And with its many great extra features, communication with others only takes a couple of clicks.
