>> Well, if you're not doing a plug-in hybrid these days, you're kind of out of a mix, so Hyundai has got one. This is a concept of course. They call it the Blue-Will, but they say the power train at least is definitely pointing to the way of how they're gonna go with a plug-in architecture in real cars very soon. Now this is, you could say, kind of volume and shaped like the current Prius and Insight, very [inaudible]. But of course being a concept car, it's got an audaciously different space layout in the interior cabin. Under the hood, they envision a 1.6 liter gas direct injection motor with a 152 horsepower then a 100-kilowatt electric motor coupled to that and lithium polymer batteries, something Hyundai is very big on, then third generation of batteries they say. They can be shaped, molded, and made to fit where the car would like to have them as opposed to reshaping the car around the batteries. Now inside the car, notice aside from the space age nonsense you will never see in the real world, a lot of touchscreen and an organic LED display right there in the center, even the shifter is a touch console without any sort of physical buttons or a lever to move. They also talk about it having Bluetooth-enabled speakers, whatever that is. Other efficiency tweaks include solar panels on top of that panoramic glass roof to capture just enough juice to run a ventilation system. It keeps the cabin cool while the car is parked. Also, a thermal energy generator, it uses the heat coming off of the exhaust site of the engine to generate a little more electricity, every little bit else, right? The bottom line is 40 miles on a charge, again, it's a plug-in and 100 mpg, they say, is going to be something around the EPA rating.
