HTC Touch Cruise (unlocked) Review

Editors' rating

The good: The HTC Touch Cruise offers great navigation and ships with U.S. maps. The HTC Footprints application provides a nice way to record highlights of your trip. The Windows Mobile smartphone also features 3G support, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and a 3.2-megapixel camera.

The bad: The screen isn't the sharpest, and it washes out in bright sunlight. It's also a bit small for in-car navigation. The onscreen keyboard is cramped, and expandable memory is limited when using maps.

The bottom line: The HTC Touch Cruise offers road warriors and travel lovers great navigation features in a compact smartphone; we just wish it had a better screen.
